9年来的第一个10k
以前跑10k还是2001年。后来膝关节受伤,再也没有跑过这么长。上个月bf跑马拉松,我去观战,看大家热热闹闹兴高采烈的跑步,颇有羡慕。bf怂恿我跑半马由来已久,我一直三天打鱼两天晒网--可能一天打鱼六天晒网更准确,有种种理由睡懒觉不跑步,比如下雨刮风天冷太累或者干脆就是起不来。那次看别人跑步,我真的有点动心想加入他们了。参赛的还有个个子小小的老太太,说她和老伴每年要跑6个马拉松,已经坚持几年了,要跑便美国的每一个州。我问她为啥跑马拉松,她说以前住在中央公园旁边,每年看纽约马拉松浩浩荡荡的队伍跑过,心想,人家能跑,我也能跑,于是就跑起来了。 今天天气不错,我把豆豆留家里,自己出去跑了一次,大约10km,1小时5分,没有小狗在旁边捣乱跑起来轻松多了。希望能每周跑4次,每次5-10k。逐渐提高速度增加长度,准备明年一次半马。20km而已,走也走下来了嘛! 谨以此文自勉。
