燕麦核桃饼干
方子是KO的,原方如下:(注:最后我又切碎一些巧克力,融化后将饼干放入,裹了一层巧克力,脆脆甜甜的很好吃) 【松子燕麥餅乾】 材料: (A) 奶油 1杯(兩條) 細砂糖 1/2杯 赤砂糖 1/2杯 (b) 蛋 2顆 香草精 1小匙 (teaspoon) (C) 麵粉 3杯(建議低筋1.5杯+中筋1.5杯)(這次用2杯低筋一杯中筋) 鹽 1/2小匙 小蘇打baking soda 1小匙 桂格即食燕麥片 1杯(目的: 增加飽足感.但不需要燕麥片的感覺. 如果希望吃得出燕麥. 要用快煮燕麥片) 松子或碎核桃(使用前先烤過或炒過) 1杯或隨意 (看個人喜好, 若加葡萄乾之類甜乾果需要注意整體甜度) 做法: 烤箱預熱350度F 1. 將ABC分盆混合 2. 山楂瘦肉汤
山楂干40g,瘦肉300g,姜一小块,盐适量。 瘦肉切块,沸水焯一下,所有原料放入砂锅,加水没过所有原料,大火煮沸后转小火炖3小时,依口味加盐。
