用了十天来牵手,用了十个月分手
当初幸福来的太快,果然还是来得快去的也快。分手却好比熬中药,越来越苦,却又舍不得放弃,只是继续熬下去。总有一天,残存的那点幸福熬干了,也就了断了。 回忆那次旅行,仍然是我经历过的最美好最快乐的一次旅行,只是想起来仿佛已经遥远的是上个世纪的事情,其实到现在只不过一年零四个月而已。一年零四个月,我却感觉自己老了十岁。27岁的年纪,生命的火苗好像已经在心里暗淡了。当然我也可以说得好听一点,叫做成熟。不过这成熟,又是怎样的代价啊,我多想回到过去那种无忧无虑的日子,我为什么要长大,不长大该多么幸福。 想起一句曾经泛滥网络的话,“一转身离开的你,用一辈子去忘记”。忘记就怎样,不忘记又怎样。回忆的时候能够心如止水的平静,没有遗憾也没有怨恨,就够了。

今天做的酱牛肉和蜂蜜柚子茶
酱牛肉:非常简单,美味,而且不用担心防腐剂等等添加剂的危害 腱子肉切大块,沸水焯一下。取出放入沙锅中。沙锅中并放入三五个八角,一小勺花椒,几个干辣椒,一段桂皮,黄酱(袋装的黄酱,1kg牛肉大概用半袋),酱油(莫过一半的牛肉),加水莫过牛肉。炖2小时左右。放凉后,取出切片即可。 蜂蜜柚子茶:30分钟搞定,也不复杂吧? 胡柚削皮,把皮切丝;剥去白皮,果肉去子,切薄片备用;小锅加水、冰糖,熬化;将皮、果肉放到锅里煮,小火,不盖盖子,30分钟左右;凉后加蜂蜜。开吃吧! 蜂蜜、冰糖自己看着放吧,无所谓的。
