“渔夫烤鱼”食记
地点:东直门内大街,"渔夫烤鱼" 出场人物:我,ginger 出场食物: 烤鱼 (另外还有一盘凉拌黄瓜)也不知Giner jj吃好没有… 先说这个烤鱼,有几种不同味道的,我们选的是剁椒烤鱼,微辣;选的草鱼,28一斤,真够贵的。要命的是基本都是3斤左右大鱼,俩人吃太多了,除非有胃口特好的。吃到实在吃不动,我放下筷子,摸摸圆滚滚的肚子,捏捏胳膊上的肉肉,知道我的减肥大计又得从明天开始了。上帝真是个坏老头,好吃的东西都发胖! 据waitress介绍,烤鱼做法是,先放在炭火上烤熟,然后炒好配料(比如说剁椒),和熟油一起浇在鱼上,放在一个长方形平底深烤盘中端上来(以至于我开始以为是在烤箱中烤熟的)。味道还是不错的,鱼皮略带酥脆,鱼肉很细嫩,也入味,就是太油了,跟水煮鱼有的一拼。另外我对那个烤盘倒是很觊觎,心想用来做戚风蛋糕卷到是相当不错。 拍黄瓜做的太差了,连蒜泥都没有放,黄瓜皮老的咬不动。。。失败。最后把剩下的几块鱼肉和鱼头,在服务员小姐的鄙视下打包了。我的原则是,坚决不浪费,不能便宜了饭店老板。你看,鱼头可以给狗狗吃呢,要是我养猫的话一定连鱼骨头都打包回来。 跟ginger jj海阔天空神侃一通,说起协会那些老队员,那些我曾经一起出游一起拉链一起fb的老家伙们,倍感亲切。如今已是天涯海角,有在美国念书的,有世界各地挖油的,还有像我们这样猫在北京为了房子钞票奔波的。不变的,可能还是对山野的向往和热情。
