母亲节的草莓酸奶幕斯蛋糕
周六晚上做好,冷藏一夜,周日母亲节第一块给亲爱的妈妈 幕斯是酸奶+鲜奶油,酸甜,清爽,夏天午后,一杯热咖啡,一块清甜的幕斯蛋糕,在树荫下花圃边的小桌旁小憩,是多么惬意的事情。

椰丝球
120g黄油+100g白砂糖打发,加入4个蛋黄、50ml牛奶拌匀,加120g面粉拌匀,最后加150g椰丝拌匀。然后用手搓成小球,表面滚上椰丝,150度25分钟。如果要上色的话可以170度烤几分钟,金黄金黄更漂亮

Cheese Cheese I love you
好久不做乳酪蛋糕,因为实在是太美味,让我这种受不了美食诱惑的人总是犯错误。乳酪醇厚,鲜奶和奶油芬芳,鸡蛋细腻的口感,这就是让我迷恋的乳酪蛋糕。 看看方子吧:一个8寸+6寸蛋糕,用了250g cream cheese,8个鸡蛋,50ml鲜奶油,和100ml牛奶,以及35g玉米粉(淀粉)。名副其实的蛋糕,面粉重量可以忽略不计了。一般的轻乳酪蛋糕是4个蛋白,8个蛋黄,我一糊涂用了8个蛋白,不过歪打正着,口感更清爽更滋润了。
